CIBRA - Consultancy & Services for Marine Mammals' Surveys and Mitigation Procedures

Based on a large experience in designing its own original equipment and in performing bioacoustic research in cooperation with many prestigious national and international partners, CIBRA can provide support to other institutions to setup their own instrumentation and experiment protocols.

CIBRA can thus provide scientific and technical support for behavioural research, ethopharmacological experiments, zoological surveys, soundscape management, sound libraries, noise measures in natural habitats, setup multimedia presentations and exhibits.

Design equipment to suit specific requirements
Design research protocols for bioacoustic experiments and setup the required equipment
Provide training for the use of sound recording and analysis equipment
Produce multimedia presentations and design sound exhibitions on bioacoustics and soundscapes
Measure noise in natural and semi-natural environments, for example to characterize the quietness, the acoustic biodiversity and the contamination due to anthropogenic noise sources
Produce sound analysis and data collection software
